Description;
This line consists of 4 steps list as front edge feeding, printing, slotting, die cutting.
(1) Flexo Rear-Kicking Feeding : The front edge feeder is a kind of flexo rear-kicking feeding machine, with adjusted electrically baffled for both left and right side. The machine operates a intermittent feeding, and there are counter displays quantity and speed monitor displays operating speed. It is suitable for feeding both thin cardboard and curving cardboard steadily.
(2) Flexo Printing: the flexo printing machine is adjustable, rotating, and digital displayed. The printing plate circumferential direction phase can displayed digitally, and automatically reset. Moreover, there are automatically anilox roller and rotating system to prove ink from drying. In addition, the gear for this machine is made from high quality alloy steel, and the transmission roller is dynamic balance adjusted, insuring transmission precision.
(3) Flexo Slotting (Creasing): the cardboard should pre pressed to avoid crashing. This machine adopts new guid system to ensure mom, steadily, asn precision for the transmition. And also there are odds and ends cleaning device, can store tickets to save time and prove efficiency.
(4). Flexo Die Cutting Machine:
The machine is equipped with the following device and performance.
1. Planet gear phase adjusting device
2. Die-cutting pressure controlled electrically and displayed digitally.
3. Blanket roller breaker horizontal drifting device in the scope of 40 mm
4. Imported hard-wearing blanket.
5. Speed compensating device, to extend the life-span of blanket as increase die-cutting precision.
6. Electric blanket roller turning device.

Feature:
1. This machine adopts PLC controlling system to complete complex scheduling and protection.
2. Each working unite of feeding, printing, creasing die cutting can be controlled manually or operated by computer. At the same time, all the parameters displayed in digital leading to micro-adjusted.
3. This machine uses sensors of international brands with higher precision.
4. For the blower motor, it is equipped with double-frequency speed adjuster to be steadily.
5. There are double-frequency low-speed positioners for printing phase, slotting height and the blade seat to ensure precision positi.
6. If the machine is stopped, then each working unit would reset, and the blade seat would be adjusted automatically.
7. During the feeding process, the ink roller will press down automatically when feeding, and hold up automatically when feeding stops, leading to paper saving.
8. Each component of this machine is equipped with limit switch, if one of it separated; the feeding roll will break automatically, this in tunes leading to precision in nest printing.
9. Regarding the safety, when the machine over loading of working, the limit switch would be triggered, to avoid damaging the device.
