Description
GL series bottle unscrambler is an indispensable auxiliary machine for high-speed bottle fillers. This bottle arranging machine can produce 8000-10000bottles per hour. Adopting mechanical operations, the unscrambling machine enables to tidy the random bottles and set them in good order to the conveying belt of the filling machine, in order to satisfy the demands of the full automatic production process.

The main components of our bottle unscrambler are made of 304 stainless steel. Controlled by PLC, this bottle arranging machine can be stepless speed regulation. In addition, all electrical components employ joint venture brands.

Working Principle
This bottle unscrambling machine will arrange the rambling bottles in good order and transport them to air conveyor of the filling machines.
