Program Control Paper Cutter (Programmable Paper Guillotine)
Description:
This QY series program control paper cutter(programmable paper guillotine)is a kind of hydraulic numerical paper cutting machinery with multination language operation interface. The paper impeller runs smooth with low noise, accurate positioning, for the adoption of the ball lead screw and linear guide-rail. This in turn can enhance the cutting precision and speed, as well as prolong the service life.
In the meanwhile, for the hydraulic system, we adopt the imported hydraulic components the pressure can be adjusted. The paper is pressed twice by pressure-increased system.
Regarding the digital control, this kind of equipment can carry on the block programming operation through the figures and diagrams that of manual set.

Characteristic:
1. Adopt ball lead screw and linear guide-rail, makes a smooth, low noise, accurate work of the paper impeller, and this in turn prolong the life time of the program control paper cutter(programmable paper guillotine).
2. It is equipped with multination language operation interface.
3. Regarding the working table, it is suitable for a larger size table like 1000×800 mm. At the same time, the tables are all chrome-plated and equipped with air bales which improve rust-proof.
4. For the knife replacement, there is mechanical assistance device that can replace knife quickly and safety. And also there is optical knife alignment to make cutting more convenient
5. For the knife bed, there are safety device and automatic return device ensure the cutting safety.
6. There is ejecting device for knife bar.
7. For the hydraulic system, we adopt imported hydraulic components which make the pressure adjusted. And also, the paper can be pressed twice by pressure-increased system.
8. This program control paper cutter(programmable paper guillotine)is PLC controlled.
9. Regarding the transition, we use flat worm speed reducer transmission.
10. There are safety locks for clamp bar as well as safety device for overloading cutting.
11. There is inside electric knife locker making the cutting more safety and stable
